This project was to create four new examination rooms, store rooms and disabled toilet/shower facilities.

The groundworks were interesting as we had to span two existing but now redundant drains. The floor slab had to be designed to accommodate this. This involved spanning 3 meters over the drains through the full width of the building and installing a reinforced concrete slab to allow for this.
